As we pulled into the overflowing parking lot, we could feel a lot of positive energy as parents, relatives, youth and partners from around the city gathered at the Hispanic Center of West Michigan’s Bilingual College Fair. At this event, 20 colleges and universities were represented. The college fair provided an opportunity for our Ambassador Club and the Hispanic Center’s SOL(Supporting Our Leaders) members to participate in the application process with college recruiter.
It is amazing to see our young people continue to make decisions that are a step closer to achieving their goals. They are continuing to learn about themselves and the gifts that Christ has given them. With those gifts, they will transform our community.
