There is some truth with the saying, “Your actions speak louder than words.” But where is the truth in the saying, “Don’t do what I do, do what I say.” Those who watch and listen to leaders are often asking, “Does your actions match your words?” This leads me to believe that every leader needs to have some synchronicity between their words and actions. They need to have the vulnerability to know that true change happens when leaders allow themselves the ability to change our minds. Through learning, dreaming, inspiring, doing we become a better version of ourselves.
