The GRIL U teens are working through the topic of Healthy Change using the book Who Moved My Cheese for Teens by Spencer Johnson MD.  Many of us made commitments to change through New Year’s Resolutions but how many of us don’t follow through?!  Leadertreks talks about three things that need to be ready for change to happen:  Attitude (desire to change), Awareness (of what needs to change) and Accountability (to hold you to change).  Are you really ready for change?
