Noele has worked 12 years in office and business management. About 6 years ago, Noele was led to start serving the public. She moved from the private business sector to a part time job as a receptionist at a faith based community clinic. During those years she started understanding the cycles and needs of girls and young women, and wanted to be a part of helping them grow. An opportunity presented itself directly to work with girls, empowering them by facilitating violence prevention curriculum in schools and after school programming, also acting as an advocate helping survivors of sexual assault. “The GRIL office manager position was a blessing for me, being able to serve God, the youth, and community utilizing all of my administrative and youth serving skills in one position.”
Noele and her husband were born and raised in Muskegon, MI and have been married for 12 years. She has lived in Grand Rapids for 16 years. They have a 19 year old son Deven that studies & plays football at SVSU, and a 6 year old daughter Calveri. She is a youth leader at Renaissance COGIC, and co-chairing the 2014 Where U At? Urban Youth Conference.
