Every year, we honor the transformation of our program participants by hosting the Graduation & Impact Awards. At this event, our program graduates share a “breakthrough” plan of how they will commit to community transformation. This event is also an opportunity to honor individuals who are making an impact in the community. Many of our community champions go under the radar, the Impact Awards will honor their efforts and contributions.
