I am Chrisan Stewart, and I am currently a GRIL U coach at Madison Square Church.  I gained so much from being in GRIL U.  In the beginning I was really quiet and to myself but by the end I became more outgoing.  I recommend GR Initiative for Leaders to youth because it really helps in so many ways.  It can help to give you a sense of direction.  It also helps you to balance your life, especially if you have a lot of commitments.
