The Emerge Program began on September 22. We were blessed to have one of our alumni and past staff members Krystle Hunter facilitate the evening. The theme for this first session was on personal assessment using the tool of true colors. The four hours were spent with participants learning about themselves and each other. Many Ah Ha moments took place such as; “I’m not alone-others think like me! and “Now I understand why I get frustrated when working with a certain person – we are not all wired the same.” We look forward to continued growth this year as leaders in our homes, churches and in the community.
