Last week, the GRIL Emerge participants presented their breakthrough plans about their year’s journey and their intention to grow as healthy, sustainable leaders for long – term community impact.
Throughout the presentations, some consistent themes emerged. One in particular was that the breakthroughs had only just begun and the journey was not yet over for them. This point emphasizes the importance of our alumni program and how alumni are equipped to help these graduates take next steps in their breakthrough programs.
